All these features come to your fingertips through the ease of your mobile device. In this app, you can register as a Patient OR as a Doctor. This app works as an ideal medical record tracker to help manage your and your family’s health parameters for future references.

As a patient you can:
• Enter and track standard personal health records such as Blood Pressure, Temperature, Blood Sugar, Oxygen, and Body Mass Index, etc.
• You can even add Audio/Video reports or pictures of any other medical reports under the “Other” heading.
• Add additional members such as your family to monitor everyones health records together.
• Manually enter the health parameters or capture details from supported Bluetooth enabled Health/Fitness devices.
• Link to a remote doctor (registered to the app) and seek their expert consultancy through the App.
• View prescriptions provided by your doctor linked to the app
• Share the reports with others (such as your healthcare providers, family) within the app itself or via e-mail, and WhatsApp, etc.
• Promote any added family member as a regular user so that they can access their data independently.
• Chat with Doctors in real time along with sharing images and videos

As a doctor you can:
• Add one or more patients, or view patients which have provided data to you on the app.
• Add and track your patients’ health parameters
• View your patients’ dashboard to analyze their health condition better

• Add your clinics along with address and other details as well as appointment availabilities
• Accept/Reject appointments
